Competition dates include:

Thursday, August 17th: 10:30am local time; meet at Paul & Knox’s (address to be e-mailed to the band).

Friday, August 18th: 10:30am local time; meet at Kelvingrove Park/Museum

Saturday, August 19th: Arrival time TBD. We compete at 10:20am
Information on entrance to the Field on the day to follow. PLEASE check back.

Pipes are currently tuning at 479-480 kHz.
Please practice to a metronome with a goal of 78bpm

Uniforms

While we will be wearing different kilts, it is important that we try and match the uniform as closely as possible.

Each playing member will need to have:

1. A Kilt. (If you are wearing any of your Band kit PLEASE make sure you have permission from that Band. Pipers, this will include your bag cover as well).
2. Black Vest
3. Black Sporran. (Does not need to match).
4. Black Glengarry/Cap Badge
5. Charcoal Grey Hose
6. Black Ghillies or black dress shoes
7. Red band flashes
8. White long sleeved dress shirt
9. Band tie
10. Rain Cape
    
    Pipers: Please make sure you have everything including practice chanter
    Drummers: Please make sure you have drum pad and WHITE Creighton sticks
